	Bureau of Justice Assistance BJA supports law enforcement, corrections, courts, treatment, victim services, technology, and prevention initiatives that strengthen the nation’s criminal justice system. BJA provides services, leadership and funding to America’s communities.
	Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance is a government-wide compendium of Federal programs, services, projects and activities that provide assistance or benefits to the American public. The CFDA contains nonfinancial and financial assistance programs administered by multiple departments and establishments of the Federal government.
	Cops More The COPS' Making Officer Redeployment Effective (MORE) program expands the amount of time current law enforcement officers can spend on community policing by funding equipment, technology and support staff, including civilian personnel.
	National Criminal Justice Reference Service Established in 1972, NCJRS is a federally funded resource offering justice and substance abuse information to support policy, research and program development worldwide. NCJRS services and resources are available to anyone interested in crime, victim assistance, and public safety including practitioners, policymakers, educators, researchers, community leaders and the general public.
	National Institute of Justice NIJ is the research, development and evaluation agency of the United States Department of Justice. We provide objective, independent, evidence-based knowledge and tools to meet the challenges of crime and justice, particularly at the local and state levels.
	Office of Justice Programs, US Department of Justice The mission of CCDO is to work with local communities to design strategies for deterring crime, promoting economic growth, and improving quality of life. CCDO, under the leadership of Director Dennis E. Greenhouse, helps communities help themselves, enabling them to develop solutions to public safety issues.
	The Foundation Center The Foundation Center is a national nonprofit service organization recognized as the world's leading authority on organized philanthropy, connecting nonprofits and the grantmakers supporting them to tools they can use and information they can trust. 	Safe Routes Established in May 2006, the National Center for Safe Routes to School assists communities in enabling and encouraging children to safely walk and bike to school every day. The Center strives to equip Safe Routes to and from School programs with the knowledge and technical information to implement safe and successful strategies.
	IACP Technology Clearinghouse The Technology Clearinghouse, established in 1997 through a cooperative agreement between the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), quickly became the exclusive resource for objective law enforcement automated data collection and information management technology. The Technology Clearinghouse was originally proposed to be a restricted access subscription based Bulletin Board Service (BBS) technology, but instead became the first law enforcement information technology resource center available openly through the internet. Today the website receives more than 3.6 million hits each year.
